Return Policy
- Faulty Products
- If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return and replacement.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Made-to-Order Products
- The majority of our projects and kits are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not faulty.
- Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase. Clear images and videos of our products are available on our website and social media pages to help you make an informed decision.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@stemgineers.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty product.
- Returning the Product
- Once you receive return instructions from our Customer Service team, please package the product securely and include all original packaging and materials.
- Send the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Replacement Policy
- Dispatch of Replacement
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative product of equal value.
- You will receive an email notification once the replacement has been dispatched.
- Processing Time
- We aim to process returns and dispatch replacements within 10 business days of receiving the faulty product.
Product Quality
The majority of our projects are made from high-quality, laser-cut 3mm plywood, designed to support engaging, hands-on STEM learning. While the materials are durable, some parts may break if handled incorrectly or without care.
These products are not toys—they are educational learning aids intended for use in guided learning environments. Adult supervision and appropriate handling are recommended.

Subscription Services
- Cancellation
- Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel a subscription, you will not be billed for the subsequent subscription period.
- To cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@stemgineers.com.au or cancel via your online account.
- Refunds for Subscriptions
- We do not offer refunds for subscriptions once a term has begun or before the subscription end date. Please consider your purchase carefully, as all subscription sales are final for the duration of the selected term.
